The Schellies Awards are all in good fun! Each year, specially crafted awards are bestowed upon all employees to acknowledge their uniqueness ... in the form of funny and friendly jabs! They’re all inside jokes, so don’t be surprised if you don’t get them - but trust us, they are hilarious.

The 2011 awards were presented by Dan Matta and Matty Adler, appearing as J-Lo and Bjork in the photo above. A lot of work happened behind the scenes as well, as Christina Harvey and Ivana Biela created the awards and orchestrated the entire event, along with the presenters. This year’s Schellies committee has certainly set the bar high!
