    As Schell Brothers homeowners, many of you have been our good friends for several years; others are newcomers to the beautiful beach area. Either way, we want you to know you’re a special part of the Schell Brothers family and we look forward to your continued friendship.

    Not sure what to wear?

    Follow our simple style guide and you’ll be fine.

    There aren’t a lot of rules, so you have a lot of options. If you like to dress up, this is a great opportunity to strut your stuff. Our photographers will be ready to capture you in all your glory. And if you’re more comfortable dressed down, that’s fine too; we just want you to be comfortable, look presentable, and have a great time.

    Too much?

    We’d love to see you looking your best,
    but tuxes are probably too much.

    Not enough?

    We want you to be comfortable,
    but save the cammo for another night.

     
     

    One more thing...

    Don’t forget - the beach has sand!

    We live at the beach and sand is one of the best parts of life here, so you may occasionally be walking on sand-covered areas at Venus during the event. Who else gets to do THAT in October? So, keep that in mind when you plan your footwear and feel free to throw some flip flops in your purse.
