Chris and Preston Schell are talented twin brothers with strong roots in Sussex County, Delaware.

As graduates of Harvard Business School, they’ve combined their business talent with a passion for creating beautiful communities to establish one of the most successful and popular builders in Delaware. Prior to attending Harvard Business School, Chris earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, graduating at the top of his class. He launched a successful career as a hedge fund manager before deciding to pursue his lifelong dream of building homes – in a beautiful beach environment – and Schell Brothers was born.
Chris is well-known in the area as an expert on the housing market, and often makes himself available to answer customer questions and provide housing statistics for local Realtors. Preston’s reputation as a respected and responsible land developer, combined with the energy and expertise Chris brings to architectural design and homebuilding, have resulted in a truly unique company.
