The entire selections process is completed in our Schell Brothers Design Center where you will work hand-in-hand with our Selections Coordinator as you make decisions to personalize your home according to your own styles, tastes, and needs. This personalized attention sets Schell Brothers apart as one of the best home builders in meeting the individualized needs of prospective buyers.
When you purchase a new home with Schell Brothers, you will receive information that walks you through our entire process, along with a Selection Guide that is customized for your community. This guide is a full color catalog providing pictures and information about the choices you will have during your selections appointment.
The Selections Guide allows you to research and prepare for your design appointment and make many of your decisions in advance, often with the help of family and friends who would otherwise not be a part of the process. During your selections appointment, you’ll be able to view all of the samples available in our design center and make final decisions with the guidance of our Selections Coordinator.
