I think it is a perfect space for exercise equipment. Start with a universal machine and then some other type equipment. Then you are good to go. Just the thing for former soccer playing British blokes to stay in shape!

I think you should have a wall of frozen drinks like at Fat Tuesday in Key West. Add a keg-erator, pub tables, a popcorn machine, and a large flat screen TV. Go big or go home. That’s what Chris says all the time. Hold him to it!
